Allow us to help during this difficult time by giving you peace-of-mind during the bail process and having your loved one released quickly. Service Our number one priority, period! We pride ourselves on providing service that others cannot or chose not to offer. Services like always being personally available to you. When you call you will speak directly to owners Jason Meyerson or Chris Kiperman, nobody else. We will drive to your location if it's more convenient for you. We will do our best to make sure you can afford not only bail but also an attorney if you plan to retain one. And most of all you will be treated as a valued client - with care, respect and honesty. Bail is the amount of money required by the court to release a defendant from custody and to guarantee his/her appearance in court. Bail can range anywhere from $50 for a simple misdemeanor to $2 million for serious felonies. In all cases either cash or a Bail Bond (a financial guarantee) must be given to the court for security. When bail is set high, most will chose to rely on a Bail Bond Agency instead of trying to raise the cash for the full bail amount. Once a bail bond is posted and the defendant is released, the Bail Bond Agency then becomes responsible for that defendants' appearance in court. If the defendant fails to appear when required the court will "forfeit" the bail bond and demand payment from the bail bond agency. The agency, in turn, will do what is necessary to return the defendant to custody and recover their costs. "Jason, thank you for being so professional. You truly know how to make people feel better about a horrible situation and take care of business. I can't image any other bail person taking the time and effort like you did. I wish you, your family and Chris the absolute best in the future and I will recommend you to anybody that needs help." D. It is important to us that our clients receive adequate representation in court and their cases are handled with care and professionalism. Not having an attorney or relying on a Public Defender might be adequate if the defendant is charged with an infraction or minor misdemeanor, but in most cases an attorney specializing in criminal law will always benefit you. We then have a local bail agent post a bond in your area and the defendant will be quickly released. Orange County Main Jail in Santa Ana, Theo Lacy in the city of Orange, and James Musick in Irvine.
