Riverside Bail Bonds
Riverside County has Five County Jail facilities: Robert Presley Detention Center in Downtown Riverside, Southestwest Detention Center in Murrieta, Larry D. Smith Correctional Facility in Banning, Blythe Jail and Indio Jail in Indio. All defendants arrested in Riverside County will be taken to one of these five facilities. For defendants held at any one of these facilities, a bail bond can be posted at Robert Presley Detention Center in downtown Riverside and the defendant will be released. The booking process typically takes between 3 and 7 hours during which time the defendants photo and fingerprints are taken. They will also run the defendants name and social security number for any outstanding warrants in other counties and states. After this process is complete we are able to post bail and have the defendant released. The release process typically takes between 3 and 6 hours. |
