Posting bail for defendants arrested outside of California is easy. We will e-mail or fax you all the required documents, then simply fill them out, sign and fax them back to us. We then have a local bail agent post a bond in your area and the defendant will be quickly released. Please note that bail bonds CANNOT be used in the following states: ILLINOIS, OREGON AND WISCONSIN, KENTUCKY, NEBRASKA, MASSASSUCHUTTS, MAINE These are considered NO BAIL states and only cash can be deposited to the jail to have the defendant released. |
